Joshua completed his 200RYT training in October 2016 with Subtle Yoga’s director, Kaoverii Weber, and is steeped in the concepts and power of breath-centric yoga. His special interests are in human movement and bridging the gap between activity and inactivity in people.

In the spring of 2016, Joshua completed his Master's Degree in kinesiology, incorporating the study of the mechanics of body movements into his personal and professional development in yoga.

Joshua leads beginner-friendly, mixed levels group classes at Breathe Yoga & Wellness.
