Jo recently finished Subtle Yoga’s 200RYT under the guidance of Kristine “Kaoverii” Weber, MA, eRYT500 and Rhonda Cook, c-IAYT, RYT500. Through a series of “ah-ha” moments during this 10-month training, what started as a casual relationship with a beginner’s Vinyasa class in 2009 has blossomed into a beautiful journey of healing and transformation not only for herself, but with relationships in the community she thrives in. She is excited to share these practices on and off the mat through guided classes or thoughtful conversation!

Jo aims to share the beauty of a prana-based practice for mind, body and spirit with folks of all ages, and has a strong desire to develop ideas that will reach younger generations. She hopes to cultivate transformation in our culture, while assisting our youth in the gathering of valuable resources gained through a yoga practice. 

Outside of the studio, Jo is an active mother to her greatest inspiration, a zip-line enthusiast and manager, lover of nature and people, undercover artist and spontaneous dance party coordinator. According to Jo, "life is worth living to the fullest and the goal is to enjoy as many moments as possible!"
