Thought Habits

“The most confused we ever get is when we try to convince our heads of something our hearts know is a lie.” ~Karen Moning

One of the most common happiness-hindering habits is overthinking while mistrusting/ignoring our feelings. This habit leads us to analysis paralysis because our thoughts have all too often been programmed to be fear-based and lead us to act (or not act) out of fear rather than out of self-awareness and acceptance. For the next 24 hours, try following your gut or asking your body to tell you the answer to something that seems confusion.

"Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts." ~Thích Nhất Hạnh

Tune in using simple mantra:

Inhale excitement. Exhale fear.

Inhale abundance. Exhale love.

Repeat “I am supported. I am supported. I am supported.”

Do you feel anything while doing these activities?

The power of Mantra!
