The emphasis on this workshop series, Surrender to Win, is based on principals of recovery from all human concerns: trauma, addictions of all kinds, and mental health challenges. The goal of the course is to identify and name sources of fear or creative blockages and let them go, to find language that empowers us to heal and allows us to dream the lives we want to create, and to rekindle a stale or nonexistent writing practice with a healing objective.
