It’s a two-hour prayer in motion. The first hour will be laden with celebratory greetings, hugs, thanks, music, and a moving meditation - fearless and lucent - towards the wonder that is to come in the year ahead.

Got something you’ve been clinging this year too tightly?

Ready to quiet and release that noise, to make room for expansion? Come on in.

The next hour will be slow flow, moving towards deep, rhythmic breath, witness consciousness; as intention moves in and clears away the baggage, leaving room for only what will be, ending the evening with candlelit mantra.

Join Breathe Yoga & Wellness as we unwrap our holiday gifts and present them to you at this annual New Years dedication by our yoga community to our yoga community. Breathe teachers will be on hand to assist beginners and to lead an asana practice that will range from vibrant and light to deep and grounding.

Come from 6:00 to 8:00, ending with silent meditation.

It’ll be fun. It’ll be contemplative. It will be what you want and what you need to set your axles spinning right for the year ahead.

Donations are encouraged and will go towards Breathe Yoga & Wellness Seva Yoga program, offering yoga to those who are able to give back through service.
