Morning meditation, Wednesday mornings

Morning Meditation on Wednesdays at 6:45am is a Sadhana practice to help tone you weekly. Sadhana is self-enrichment. It is a personal process in which you bring out your best or help you through times of transition. Sadhana is your personal, individual effort but can be done in a group. Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness.

Before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor and tune up your nervous system; to cover all your bases, this includes exercise and meditation or contemplation. Learn tools for a personal daily practice through this weekly class at Breathe.

Arrive on time as doors will be locked by 6:50am. No prior yoga experience is necessary and advance registration is required. We're usually out by 7:30am. Blessings. Class is offered by donation.
