I've been asked a lot about this guided meditation practice called Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest of all meditations, creating a physical experience of hours of rest for the body and mind. Yoga Nidra brings calmness, quietness and clarity. In encourages a mental state of supreme stillness and insight.

Bending into Balance – Melissa Aguirre

Do not force balance. With concentration and patience balance will gently surface. The “wiggle room” builds resilience in the pose and it is here that we find transformation. It is in the “wiggle room” that our journey exists. Be patient with these poses because even the strongest of trees may be rustled by the winds of a storm.
