Morning Meditation on Wednesdays at 6:45am is a Sadhana practice to help tone you weekly. Sadhana is self-enrichment. It is a personal process in which you bring out your best or help you through times of transition. Sadhana is your personal, individual effort but can be done in a group. Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness.

Screen Apnea

Screen apnea is the temporary cessation of breath or shallow breathing while sitting in front of a screen, whether a computer, a mobile device or a television.
