The Yoga of Inquiry: A 7-Week Series

Led by Annaliese Koltermann, RYT500, Certified Kripalu Instructor: "Come with me on a 7 week journey into the exploration of Kripalu yoga! We will be dissecting simple yet advanced techniques suited to students of all levels looking to deepen their practice. Kripalu yoga is centered around self observation without judgment. Yoga for Addiction Recovery Support Starting Jan 12, 2016

Starting Tuesday, January 12, 2016, Yoga for Addiction Recovery Support (YARS) will run for 11 weeks at 10am for one hour each week at Breathe Yoga & Wellness, 131 West Union Street in Downtown Morganton. Through the generous support of our local yoga community, and a partnership with Burke Recovery and Flynn Recovery Community, this class is offered by donation — students pay what they are able.
