Yoga instructor and school counselor Heather Hill offers a class specially designed to support children on the autism spectrum and those with other special needs. It's been well researched that the normal benefits of yoga for children (strength, flexibility, balance, sense of calm) combined with additional emotional and mental benefits create proven developmental support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

It is a personal process in which you bring out your best or help you through times of transition. Sadhana is your personal, individual effort but can be done in a group. Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness.
