Thanks to all who contributed to Breathe’s vision by completing our Student Survey last month. We have forty-four people respond to this survey, designed to tell us why you started coming to Breathe Yoga & Wellness, why you keep coming, and what suggestions you have to make this place as (comfy, challenging, joyful, perfect) for your life as we can possibly make it.

March Community Yoga & Update

March 2016 Community Yoga Classes, 1-2pm, Mixed Levels (Beginner Friendly!), by Donation

From Becca Toman, Breathe instructor: "Hello Breathe Family! I wanted to give an update about the donation based class held on Fridays at 1pm. This past month, we raised over $100 to go towards Options, the local women and children’s victim assistance organization. I am so proud of the community that comes out and donates towards local causes. We raised that much money through small donations and in the mean time we were able to breathe and be present together.

Yoga for Addiction Recovery Support Starting Jan 12, 2016

Starting Tuesday, January 12, 2016, Yoga for Addiction Recovery Support (YARS) will run for 11 weeks at 10am for one hour each week at Breathe Yoga & Wellness, 131 West Union Street in Downtown Morganton. Through the generous support of our local yoga community, and a partnership with Burke Recovery and Flynn Recovery Community, this class is offered by donation — students pay what they are able.

Breathe is proud to partner with Refresh designers in 2016 to help our mutual students and clients find sanctuary in their personal spaces.
