299536_490269611025151_2046180024_nAnnaliese graduated from the Kripalu School for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge MA.  With her background in dance, massage therapy, and love of anatomy, you can feel safe in her class.  She embodies a strong comprehension of pranayama (breathing), meditation, and asana (yogic postures) and offers instruction in these areas.  Her class is designed to relax and sustainably strengthen your muscles, calm your mind, encourage conscious body alignment, and manifest a sense of peace you can carry along throughout your day.  You will be encouraged to breath, feel your body, and follow instinctual postures that increase balance and flexibility, decrease stress and pain, and reflect the ever expanding physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits of yoga.  Yoga is for everyone!  Annaliese welcomes any age, any level (beginner to advanced), and encourages a no-pressure, safe environment for evolution.
