Rhonda teaches beginner-to-intermediate-level group classes, special focus series, and workshops to yoga teachers and people in special populations. She teaches yoga-based stress and pain reduction interventions through private sessions and in small groups. Rhonda has had a dedicated yoga practice for over 12 years and has been teaching for 6. Most recently, she was granted e-RYT200 designation through Yoga Alliance. Her 500RYT and Yoga Therapy training is through Kaoverri Weber of Subtle Yoga in Asheville, NC. Her 200RYT was through Suzanne Cardinal of Into this World Yoga Teacher Training in Rhonert Park, CA.
In 2016, Rhonda received c-IAYT accreditation through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is also registered as a Yoga Alliance YACEP®, providing Continuing Education opportunities for Registered Yoga Teachers through targeted trainings.

Rhonda has studied Transcendental Meditation (TM) and is trained in Reiki II. She continues to pursue specialized training in addiction recovery support, Ayurveda, pre- and postnatal support, stress reduction, and complementary therapy for many mental and physical health related disorders. Additionally, she works with people in creative endeavors such as career counseling, goal setting, small business development, and community building.

Rhonda is a mother of three young men, and a graphic designer, branding, and creativity specialist by trade. She enjoyes being on, in, or near any body of water.
