Rebecca has been practicing asana for four years, and has been studying yoga for two years. She is working at Breathe Yoga & Wellness to provide Community Yoga classes by donation.
Rebecca became a certified yoga teacher in 2014, with interest in Vinyasa and Hatha. She has used yoga as a grounding force throughout her experiences in traveling, as well as daily life. Rebecca hopes to continue learning and growing with the practice, while imparting what she has learned to benefit members in her community.
