Erica is a personal trainer and yoga instructor who believes that if we
begin by making small changes in how we care for ourselves, then those changes will add up to a new, healthier and more balanced way of living. Erica has a true passion for healthy living and follows a holistic approach when working with her clients. While gaining strength, flexibility, and losing weight are great benefits of the proper lifestyle, it is the balance those things bring to an individual’s life that motivates Erica the most.
Erica believes that the practice of yoga can be a life-changing experience, a journey that never ends. She has found great satisfaction in helping those in her classes develop a grounding force through the practice of yoga that helps them face the physical and emotional challenges that life brings. Erica teaches an alignment-based yoga class, which she strives to make accessible to all levels through modifications, variations and use of props. Her goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and more aware of and in-sync with your body and breath.
Erica is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer; 200 E-RYT, 500 CYT and has an 85-hour Pre/Post Natal Yoga Certification.
