Dee became interested in yoga when had the opportunity to take a class in college. Ever since then, she saw how the practice of yoga is so essential, making a difference for every day life.
Dee has explored many types of yoga classes. Her practice includes deep breath-inspired, intentional movements.
Dee enjoy the outdoors and constantly pursuing the exciting adventures that await around every corner.
Dee acquired Subtle Yoga’s 200RYT yoga teacher training under the guidance of Kristine “Kaoverii” Weber, MA, eRYT500 and Rhonda Cook, c-IAYT, RYT500, in 2016.
